A psychological therapy service for anyone of any age and with any concern. An introductory assessment can help you decide the best way forward. Our specialism is in working with parents and children with emotional or/and behavioural difficulties, trauma, and traumatic bereavement. We also work with adults wanting to resolve difficulties they are facing whatever form these take. An introductory assessment will also help us to suggest to you the best way in which to work; we have an integrated range of therapeutic approaches including person-centred, psychodynamic, creative and play.
